Daisy Constantino began her career at Hush immediately after graduating from the Aveda Institute in Los Angeles. She started as an assistant, learning alongside the talented stylists at Hush Hair Salon, and is grateful for the invaluable mentorship and experience she gained throughout the years.

While Daisy’s passion has always been color, she has also developed strong expertise in cutting, continually refining her craft with creativity and dedication. She is a certified Hair Lingerie and extensions specialist, allowing her to offer clients advanced solutions for volume, length, and customized transformations.

Daisy loves her clients and takes pride in bringing artistry, intention, and innovation to every service. Working at Hush has expanded her knowledge, strengthened her skills, and surrounded her with a community of inspiring, talented professionals—an environment she truly enjoys.

A Latvian native, Ugis initially attended hair school in Europe, then began his hairstyling career in Los Angeles. After beginning work at top salons like Fred Segal (Santa Monica) and John Frieda (West Hollywood) he spent last 7 years at the LuxeLab Salon in Santa Monica where he met the highest standards in the industry and became proficient at the craft of hairstyling.

After catering to high end clientele, including celebrities, Ugis admits that he has been very fortunate in his career to be surrounded by and learn from several of the top hairstylists in the country.

A fundamentally strong colorist and cutter, he considers himself more of an ‘organic’ hairstylist, though, he is an expert in creating a perfect Vidal Sassoon bob, if requested. Now, a resident of Manhattan Beach, Ugis is excited to provide you with his expertise here at Hush Hush Salon.

Suji Kim is a Vidal Sassoon trained stylist and has spent the last 10 years working with the company, where she specialized in advanced haircutting education. During her time there, she trained and mentored hairdressers from around the world, teaching advanced cutting techniques with a strong focus on precision, skill development, and modern hair design.

Shwan Cunningham is a stylist at Hush Hair Salon in Manhattan Beach. Shwan’s approach centers on helping guests find a look that feels like their own. Skylana is a mom of two teenage girls who’ve only known life with a perfect blow out! Her three passions in life beside her daughters are traveling abroad, the outdoors, and connecting with her clients.

As a California native she has focused her skills on achieving the most effortless and natural looking color that is truly low maintenance. While color is her specialty, she loves all aspects of hairstyling. She was trained in Beverly Hills but the small town beach vibes of Manhattan drew her here to Hush, where she now spends three days a week making hair magic.

Born in Paris with French-Italian roots, I began my hairdressing journey in the vibrant streets of my hometown before training at the prestigious Vidal Sassoon Academy in London. After falling in love with an American man, I moved to California, where we are now raising our two beautiful boys.

My passion for hair goes far beyond technique — it is deeply rooted in care and respect for both people and the planet. I specialize in plant-based, non-toxic hair color and treatments. I believe it is possible to create stunning, vibrant results without compromising your health or the environment. What I love most about this profession is the human connection. Every day, I have the joy of building meaningful relationships with my clients while using my knowledge, creativity, and artistic eye to bring out their natural beauty.
